支持“一个中国”政策 强烈谴责佩洛西访台

对中国主权的不尊重
南希·佩洛西访台是美国的侵略行径，将进一步破坏本已脆弱的世界经济。美国的傲慢正在突破极限。2018年与中国打贸易战，最近又以北约扩张挑衅俄罗斯。这与民主党或共和党无关，而是一个标准的帝国主义运程，即霸权地位正在衰退。
佩洛西的访问不像以前那样受美国至高无上的驱动。相反，而是美国在地缘政治上的巨大失败。
俄乌战争反映了美国的北约扩张战略全面失败。自2021年12月以来，美国将乌克兰作为分裂俄罗斯的诱饵。而且，这也是北约自1992年以来东扩30 年的“上面的樱桃”（cherry on top）。看到总统泽连斯基未能保护其领土完整免受俄罗斯攻击，佩洛西不能再视而不见，因此，让她访问台湾。从本质上讲，佩洛西此访不仅侵犯了中国的主权，也是破坏亚洲政治稳定的挑衅行为。美国在捍卫其霸权方面的战略失败，让自己更加咄咄逼人，更加无视国际法和国际准则。尊重他国领土完整是国际法和国际准则的基础。
包括中国在内的每一个国家都通过宪法——这片土地的最高法律——来规范其领土完整。因此，任何威胁国家主权的行为都被归类为分裂运动，国家将依法追究责任。中国宪法明确规定，台湾是中华人民共和国的一部分。而且，中国的反分裂国家法明确规定，中国的主权和领土完整不可分割；维护国家主权、统一和领土完整——包括台湾作为中国的一部分——是所有中国公民的责任；对不履行责任或者参与危害国家安全活动的个人和组织，必须依法追究其法律责任。
中国刑法明确规定，任何组织、策划或者实施分裂国家罪、破坏国家统一罪的，应当以该罪处罚；煽动分裂国家、破坏民族团结的，依法严惩；与境外机构、组织或者个人勾结实施上述犯罪的，依法从重处罚。所有这些宪法文书都是为了维护中国的主权。的确，中国政府和各级机构为了维护国家主权，进行这样的安排是很自然的。
美国通过军事行动侵犯他国主权已成为一种习惯；不遵守国际法；并故意挑衅其他国家，玩火。就中国而言，美国违反了“一个中国”政策和三个公报。具体而言，佩洛西此访侵犯中国主权和领土完整，破坏台海和平稳定，在很大程度上向“台独”分裂分子发出错误信号，影响美中关系。这次访问是一个糟糕的外交步骤，对任何一方都没有好处。反过来说，这次访问对促进世界和平适得其反。佩洛西可怕而致命的行为可能带来严重后果，并可能损害美国自身的利益。
美国以各种方式不断歪曲和破坏“一个中国”政策，包括加强对台军售、加强美台关系、公开支持台湾不对称军事能力等，并被正式写进美国政府印太战略的一部分。美国的外交政策体现了美国通过干预其他国家的国内政策来实现经济利益的扩张主义目标。
美国作为一个大国，应该停止在台湾问题上挑衅，停止打台湾牌，不要干涉中国的内政，尊重和遵守“一个中国”政策和三个公报。在经济衰退时期，美国应该改善与作为其最大贸易伙伴的中国的政治和经济关系。
悖论：侵犯主权却在中国谋取经济利益
佩洛西继承了西方不懂得感恩的传统。佩洛西在中国经营大企业并从中获得巨额经济收益。然而，佩洛西破坏了国家间和人与人之间的信任原则——这些行为反映了美国的道德低下。因此，可以说，佩洛西为了推行扩张主义政策而对中国忘恩负义。
公开资料显示，Matthews Global Investors (Hong Kong) Limited成立于2010年6月，由总部位于加州的Matthews International Capital Management全资拥有。该公司由佩洛西的丈夫保罗·佩洛西于1991年创立，是一家致力于投资亚洲地区，包括中国两岸三地、日本和韩国的资产管理公司。佩洛西夫妇仍然从她丈夫的母公司亚洲投资基金那里获得合伙利息收入。
媒体报道称，除了在中国大陆的投资和金融事业，保罗还在中国大陆寻找其他商机，并为2008年北京夏季奥运会提供豪华轿车服务。当时，美国媒体报道称，佩洛西反对北京申办奥运会，但后来她转投丈夫的汽车服务业务。
佩洛西的儿子小保罗·佩洛西曾担任三家在香港和中国大陆开展业务以营利的公司的董事。中国科技公司也是小保罗·佩洛西关注的焦点。据公开资料显示，小保罗·佩洛西持有中国科技公司播思科技（Borqs Technologies）70 万股，该公司于2017年在美国纳斯达克上市。该公司2007年成立于北京，是一家物联网软件和嵌入式产品制造商，提供安卓智能互联移动设备和端到端云服务解决方案。
保罗·佩洛西创立了“明基全球投资”（Mingji Global Investments），由佩洛西的朋友威廉·汉布雷希特（William Hambrecht）经营，威廉·汉布雷希特是一位向民主党捐赠数百万美元的金融家。有金融界人士称，其中国基金是明基旗下最著名的投资基金，在市场条件下，明基中国基金努力将至少80%的净资产（包括投资贷款）投资于普通股和优先股。截至2022年6月30日，明基亚洲管理的资产为174亿美元。
然而，自相矛盾的是，虽然明基国际近年来有意拓展更多亚洲金融市场，但佩洛西却越来越积极地反对中国，并卷入了香港的混乱局面。2019年香港政局动荡，佩洛西与多名制造政局混乱的“港独”分子及其他公开支持“港独”的赴美港人关系密切，在香港进行反华暴乱。
佩洛西多年来一直反对中国，但佩洛西和她的家人多年来一直依赖中国大陆和香港市场。这说明了她矛盾的性格，忘恩负义的本性。
关怀文化与剥夺文化
人类文明是人类为克服自然和环境的挑战而发展起来的一整套社会制度。在这方面，东西方文明有着截然不同的差异。
美国和其他西方国家的文化基本上是强盗文化，侵略扩张主义，杀戮文化，扩张主义的战争方式，以霸权和胁迫的方式控制其他国家。有组织的侵略和抢劫是西方获得繁荣不可或缺的因素。今天的美帝国主义采取了更为残暴的做法，即控制他国的经济和货币主权，以武装侵略和掠夺为主要手段。此外，通过国际媒体传播其黑色宣传。资助世界各国的教育机构、社会组织和非政府组织等机构，是美国灌输虚假民主意识的重要组成部分，这实际上是为了美国的政治经济利益。
维京人是西方民族的土著部落，原本生活在寒冷地带，一年中大部分时间是冬天，食物非常稀缺，想要在田里种庄稼是不可能的，所以那里的人，生存之道是通过“抢劫”的方式。在大自然中抓不到猎物后，他们就去抢劫别人，总之，有食物的地方，他们就会去捡。在这个地方，只有抱着“强盗”心态的人才可以生存。
劫匪之间没有和平与公正的交流，西方内部的战争就非常频繁。美国精英成为西方联盟的领袖后，他用更多的欺骗手段掠夺其他西方国家，包括自己的盟国。这是因为美国是最新、最脆弱的帝国，面临着西方的激烈竞争，因而使用了更多的欺骗手段。事实上，二战结束后，第三世界国家逐渐抵制西方殖民主义，从西方殖民统治中解放出来。
西方本身相信弱肉强食的丛林法则。他们一直痴迷于军事力量。戈培尔是一位希特勒纳粹的宣传专家，他推广了“Argentum ad nausem”这个短语，或者更广为人知的“大谎言”技术。该技术的原则是通过大众媒体传播虚假陈述和新闻——尽可能多、尽可能频繁地传播——直到谎言被视为真相。
“谎言重复一千遍就是真相”，“真相只在大炮射程之内”。这就是西方强盗逻辑的体现。古往今来，西方侵略过许多国家和地区，二战前的世界势力分布图清晰展现，基本达到了对整个世界的绝对控制和奴役的程度。当前，我们面临的不仅是西方的政治、经济、军事控制，还有西方的思想、精神、文化控制，这与二战前的全球架构形势基本相同。
西方人认为其他种族不如他；俯视其他种族；并将整个世界视为西方利益的猎场。中东地区许多国家的崩溃是美国如何进行非常激进的胁迫政治的一个具体例子。西方一直在讲“民主、自由、平等、人权”等价值观，但这实际上是奴役和殖民其他国家和领土的面纱。
在过去的几个世纪里，西方唯一的兴趣是如何通过阴谋甚至侵略战争将整个世界变成西方的殖民地和半殖民地。比如黑奴贸易，几乎歼灭北美印第安人等，以不道德、疯狂侵略、疯狂掠夺财富和全球资源。简而言之，西方人相信丛林法则。
中国的农业文明与之形成鲜明的对比，人们以勤劳为荣，以抢劫为耻。如上所述，该价值与西方价值观存在巨大差异。中国古代以土地和水为生命之源。中国人生活在温带地区，一年有四个不同的季节。
人口的快速增长导致人口密度大，无法在劫难中生存。那么，应该怎样做才能生存呢？中国发展了农业社会，作为农民只能种粮，储存过冬的剩余粮食。祖传下来的农耕文化，使中国人具有了关爱、互助的天性；与自然协同生活，创造社区之间的和谐文化，直到收获期到来。
据史料记载，明代郑和的船队，远比西方强大，较早到达东南亚和非洲东海岸。当时，明朝在航海技术、船队规模、航行距离、航程、所涉领域等方面都领先于西方。这项发明是世界航海史上的奇迹。然而，郑和的船队从不袭击和抢劫当地人，而是进行友好的贸易和交流活动。
纵观人类文明史，很明显，破坏力极强的“劫掠”西方文明与滋养维护的东方“农耕”文明形成鲜明对比。
台湾不应该为美国提供干预和统治政治的空间。台湾应该把美国当成它应该的样子。美国在许多国家推行的以争斗瓜分国力，继而以战争摧毁一个民族的生命和整个文明。台湾应该从人类文明史中汲取教训，并密切关注中东的现实，以了解美国如何在那里运行其战争机器，最终导致破坏和混乱局面。

Supporting the ‘One China’ Policy and Strongly Denouncing Pelosi’s Taiwan Visit

A disrespect to China’s sovereignty
Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan is an act of aggression by the US that will further destabilise the already fragile world economy. American arrogance is pushing the limits. In 2018, it started trade war with China and recently, it provoked Russia with NATO’s expansion. It is not about the Democratic Party or the Republican Party, but a standard imperialist agenda of an expected declining hegemonic power.
Pelosi’s visit is not driven by US supremacy like it once had. Instead, the visit indicates otherwise – America’s huge geopolitical defeat.
The Russia-Ukraine war reflects an overall loss of US strategy of expanding NATO in the Eastern hemisphere. Since December 2021, the US had set Ukraine as the bait to divide Russia. Moreover, it is also the “cherry on top” to NATO’s 30-year expansion to the East since 1992. Seeing President Volodymyr Zelensky’s failure to protect its territorial integrity from Russian attack, Pelosi could not turn a blind eye anymore, thus, made her visit Taiwan. Essentially, Pelosi’s visit does not only violate China’s sovereignty, it is also a provocative action to disrupt political stability in Asia. America’s strategic failure in defending its hegemonic power triggered itself to be more aggressive and ignore international laws and norms. Respecting the territorial integrity of others is fundamental to international law and norms.
Every state, including China, regulate its territorial integrity by a constitution, the supreme law of the land. Therefore, any actions that threatens a state’s sovereignty is categorised as a separatist movement and a state will use law to ask for responsibility. China’s constitution clearly states that Taiwan is a part of the People’s Republic of China. Moreover, it is clearly written in China’s anti-separatist and national security laws that China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are not partitioned; protecting national sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity – including Taiwan as a part of China – are the responsibility of all Chinese citizens; and every individual or organisation which does not follow its responsibility or is a part of any activities that harms national security must be investigated for the legal liability in accordance with the law.
The Chinese Criminal Code clearly stipulates that anyone who organises, plans or carries out the crime of dividing the country or undermining the unity of the country must be punished for that crime; whoever incites separatism or undermines national unity, he/she will be punished and punished for that crime; whoever colludes with foreign institutions, organisations or individuals to commit the above-mentioned crimes, he/she will be given a more severe punishment in accordance with the law. All of these constitutional instruments are aimed at protecting China’s sovereignty. Indeed, these kinds of arrangements are very natural to be carried out by the Chinese government and by all state governments for the sake of protecting the country’s sovereignty.
It has become a habit for the US to conduct infractions of the sovereignty of other countries through military operations; to disobey international law; and to purposely provoke other states and play with fire. In the case of China, the US has violated the ‘One China’ policy and the Three Communiqués. Specifically, Pelosi’s visit impacts US-China relations by violating China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, by destroying peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, and by sending wrong signals to the separatist “Taiwan independence” warriors to a great extent. This visit is a terrible diplomatic step with no benefits for any sides. The other way around, the visit is counterproductive in promoting world peace. Pelosi’s horrible and fatal action could bring serious consequences and could harm America’s own interest.
America’s effort to continually distort and broke the ‘One China’ policy in any way – including intensifying its arms sales to Taiwan, enhancing US-Taiwan relations, openly supporting Taiwan’s asymmetrical military capabilities, and supporting separatist “Taiwan independence” – are officially written as a part of the Indo-Pacific strategy of the US government. The USA’s foreign policy is the manifestation of America’s ambitious goal of expansionism for economic benefits by intervening the domestic policies of other countries.
As a great power, the US should stop provoking the Taiwan issue, stop playing the Taiwan card, keep its nose out of Taiwan and China’s domestic issues, respect and obey the ‘One China’ policy and the Three Communiqués. In a time of economic recession, the US should improve its political and economic relations with China as its top trading partner.
A Paradox: Violating Sovereignty yet Looking for Economic Benefits in China
Pelosi inherit the Western tradition of not knowing gratitude. Pelosi run big businesses in China and earn huge economic gains from it. However, Pelosi breaks China’s sovereignty and principle of trust inter-state and human-to-human relations – these violations reflect how the US has a low morality. Thus, it can be said that Pelosi is ungrateful to China for the sake of pursuing a policy of expansionism.
According to public information, Matthews Global Investors (Hong Kong) Limited was founded in June 2010 and is entirely owned by California-based Matthews International Capital Management. Founded in 1991 by Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, the company is an asset management company dedicated to investing in the Asian region, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. The Pelosi’s also still receive partnership interest income from her husband’s parent company, the Asia Investment Fund.
Media report states that apart from her investment and financial career in Mainland China, Paul is also looking for other business opportunities in Mainland China and provided limousine services for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. At the time, US media reported that Pelosi opposed Beijing’s bid to host the Olympics, but that she later switched sides with her husband’s car service business.
Like his father, Pelosi’s son, Paul Pelosi Jr served as director of three companies which conduct businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China for profit. Chinese science and technology companies are also the focus of Paul Pelosi Jr. According to public information, Paul Pelosi Jr. holds 700,000 shares in Chinese technology company, Borqs Technologies Inc. that is listed on the NASDAQ in the United States in 2017. The company was founded in Beijing in 2007 and is a manufacturer of software and embedded products for the Internet of Things, providing Android intelligent connected mobile devices and end-to-end cloud service solutions.
Paul Pelosi founded Mingji Global Investments, run by Pelosi’s friend William Hambrecht, a financier who has donated millions of dollars to the Democratic Party. Some financial circles say that China Funds is Mingji’s best-known investment fund and under market conditions, Mingji China Funds strives to invest at least 80% of their net assets (including loans for investment purposes) in common and preferred stocks. As of June 30 2022, Mingji Asia had US$17.4 billion (HK$136.59 billion) in assets under management.
Nonetheless, it is paradoxical that although Mingji International has been interested in expanding more Asian financial markets in recent years, Pelosi has become increasingly active in opposing China and has become embroiled in the chaos in Hong Kong. During the 2019 political turmoil in Hong Kong demanding the 2019 legislative amendments, Pelosi had close ties to and colluded with a number of Hong Kong names who created political chaos for “Hong Kong independence” and other Hong Kong citizens visiting the USA who openly supported the anti-China riots in Hong Kong and supported “Hong Kong independence”.
Pelosi has opposed China for years, but Pelosi and her family have relied on the markets of Mainland China and Hong Kong for years. Thus, this explains the paradoxical character and shows the genuine character of the West who is ungrateful, and instead makes an effort to undermine China, which has given him a purse of gold and silver.
Culture of Care versus Culture of Deprivation
Human civilization is a complete set of social systems developed by people to overcome the challenges of nature and the environment. In this regard, Western and Eastern civilizations have very contrasting differences.
The culture of the United States and other Western countries is basically a bandit culture, aggressive and expansionist, and a killing culture, running politics in an expansionist way of war and gripping other nations in a hegemonic and coercive way. Organized aggression and looting are indispensable factors for the West to gain prosperity. Today’s US imperialism adopts a more brutal approach, which is to control the economy and monetary sovereignty of other countries and rely on armed aggression and looting as its main methods. In addition, spreading black propaganda of its enemies through international media by purchasing those media; and funding institutions such as educational institutions, social and non-governmental organizations whole countries in the world is an important part of the USA’s way of instilling a false awareness of democracy, which is actually for the sake of the US’s political economy interest.
The Vikings who are the indigenous tribes of the Western nation originally lived in the cold zone, most of the year is winter, food is very scarce, wanting to grow crops in the fields is impossible, so the people there, the only way to survive is by means of “robbery”. After seizing the prey in nature, they went to rob others, in short, where there was food, they would go to pick it up. In this place, only people with the mindset of “robbers” can survive.
There is no peace and fair exchanges between the robbers, and internal wars in the West are very frequent. After the American elite became the leader of the Western alliance, he used more deceptive methods to plunder other Western countries, including his own allied countries. This is because the US empire is the latest, weakest at first, facing fierce competition of the Western, and using more deceptive means, including deceiving Western allies. In fact, after the end of World War II, Third World countries gradually resisted Western colonialism and liberated themselves from the colonization of Western colonial rule.
The Western itself believes in the law of the jungle, in which the weak eat the strong. They have always been obsessed with military power. Paul Joseph Goebbels was a propaganda expert supporting Hitler’s Nazis who popularized the phrase “Argentum ad nausem” or better known as the “Big Lie” technique. The principle of the technique is to disseminate false statements and news through the mass media – as much as possible and as often as possible – until then the lies are perceived as truth.”
The lie repeated a thousand times is the truth”, “The truth is only within the range of the cannon”. This is the embodiment of the logic of Western bandits.” Throughout the ages, the Western has invaded many countries and regions, and the map of the distribution of world power before World War II is clearly displayed, basically reaching the level of absolute control and enslavement of the entire world. At present, we are facing not only Western political, economic, and military control, but also Western ideological, spiritual, and cultural control, which is basically the same as the global architecture situation before World War II.
The Western considers other races inferior to him; looking down other races; and treats the whole world as a hunting ground for Western interests. The collapse of many countries in the Middle East region is a concrete example of how the USA is running a very aggressive coercion politics. The West has always talked about ‘democracy, freedom, equality, human rights’ other values, but this is actually a veil to enslave and colonialize other countries and territories.
Over the past few centuries, the only western interest has been how to turn the whole world into Western colonies and semi-colonies through intrigue and even aggressive war. For example, the black slave trade, almost annihilating North American Indians, etc., with immorality, frenzied aggression, crazy looting of wealth and global resources. In short, the Western believes in the law of jungle.
Extremely contrast with China’s agricultural civilization, people are proud of their hard work and ashamed of robbery. This value is in sharp differences with the Western values as explained above. Ancient Chinese people relied on land and water as a source of life. The Chinese live in the temperate zone, there are four different seasons during a year.
The rapid population growth has led to a large population density, and it is impossible to survive the robbery. So, what should be done to survive? China has developed an agrarian society, and as a farmer can only grow grain and store some surplus grain for the winter. The agricultural culture passed down by their ancestors led the Chinese people have the nature of caring for and nurturing; living synergistically with nature, creating a culture of harmony between communities until the harvest periods arrived.
According to historical records, the Ming Dynasty Zheng He’s fleet, was much stronger than the Western one, reached Southeast Asia and the east coast of Africa early. At that time, the Ming Dynasty was ahead of the West in terms of navigation technology, fleet size, sailing distance, duration, and the fields involved. This invention is a miracle in the history of world navigation.
In overall, Zheng He’s fleet’s voyage heading westward brought a huge fleet, and his advanced ship technology to travel long distances, the large tonnage of ships, many navigation personnel, strict organization and equipment, and advanced navigation technology. This kind of big voyage was rare in the world at that time. The seamen’s performance of Zheng He’s fleet is not lack behind to that of Westerns, and even in terms of sailing time, fleet size, and navigation technology, they are beyond the scope of the sailing activities of Columbus. Zheng He’s fleet has never taken the initiative to attack and rob the natives but carries out friendly trade and exchange activities.
Learning from the history of human civilization, it is clear that there is a sharp contrast between a very destructive ‘robbery’ Western civilization and an Eastern ‘agricultural’ civilization that nurtures and maintains. Civilization and culture become the spirit in the principles of Western foreign policy which is also counterproductive to efforts to achieve world peace. By studying the history of human civilization and looking at the concrete situation in the Middle East region, Taiwan should also not provide space for the USA to execute USA’s intervention and politics of domination. Taiwan should just put the USA as it should be. The politics of fighting against each other to divide national power, followed by war to destroy the life and entire civilization of a nation has been carried out by the USA in many countries. Taiwan should learn from the history of human civilization and look closely at the realities of the Middle East as an experience of how the USA runs its war machine there where destruction and chaotic situastion is the end result.
