菲律宾出现一种极罕见的疾病，2年前诞生的男童毛发生长异常快速，如今看起来就像「狼人」，妈妈自责认为，是因为她怀孕期间吃了一只黑猫，导致「黑猫诅咒」。不过，医生判断，这是罹患机率10亿分之1的罕见疾病。
《每日邮报》报导，菲律宾妈妈阿尔玛（Alma Gamongan）育有1女2子，小儿子贾伦（Jaren Gamongan）出生时就长满了头发，鬓角、脸上、颈部和手臂也都长满毛发，随著年龄增长，毛发也越长越快，看起来就像「狼人」。她自责坦言，在怀孕期间请朋友抓了1只黑猫，用药草煮来吃，儿子出生后才开始后悔，相信这是「黑猫诅咒」，村民也都一致认同这是被诅咒。
阿尔玛透露，其他2个孩子没有这种情况，她很担心小儿子去上学后，会因为与众不同的外貌遭到霸凌，尽管多次帮小儿子剃掉身上的毛发，但仍不断长出来，而且还长得更长、更粗，她就不再这样做了。
对此，医师指出，贾伦的病情是极其罕见的「先天性遗传多毛症」，又称为「狼人综合症」（Werewolf Syndrome），每10亿人中才有1人得病，虽然无法治癒，但可透过雷射除毛等治疗缓解情况。
